We are the Mussel Industry Council and we love mussels. That's why we all got together as a consortium of processors and industry associations in Atlantic Canada and Quebec in 2009 to become the voice for the mussel industry.

We want to increase the demand for mussels in North America because we think everyone should love mussels as much as we do.
