Mussel Industry Council Hosts Cooking Demo at Food Show
New York, NY, March 2, 2010 – The Mussel Industry Council, located in Canada, is hosting a cooking demonstration at the International Restaurant and Food Service Show in New York City. At 3:15 pm today, Chef Allan Williams will demonstrate how to cook mussels using three difference recipes.
Chef Williams will also be discussing the healthy features of fresh blue cultured mussels and the benefits of cooking and serving this sustainable seafood.
