Ingredients
- 2 lb fresh cultured blue mussels, in shell
- cup melted butter
- 8 lemon wedges
Instructions
- Rinse fresh blue mussels in tap water.
- Arrange grill 4 to 5 inches (10-12 cm) above hot coals.
- Place fresh blue mussels on the grill, close the cover and cook until the shells open – about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve at once with melted butter and lemon wedges.
