Ingredients
- 24 fresh blue cultured mussels, cooked
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 1⁄4 tsp pepper
- 1⁄4 tsp paprika
- 12 slice bacon, cut in halves
Instructions
1. Rise fresh blue cultured mussels in tap water.
2. Sprinkle mussels lightly with salt, pepper and paprika
3. Roll in bacon strips, fasten with wooden toothpicks and arrange on a wire rack.
4. Back in 400 degrees F oven for 15 minutes
5. Turn and bake until bacon is crisp (Approx. 10 minutes)
