A few tips when grilling mussels:
- Make sure your foil packets are tightly sealed. If necessary, use a second piece of foil.
- Place mussel packets on direct flame to get the best results.
- Keep packets to a manageable size – better to have several that one big large one.
- Experiment with flavours just as you would on the stove-top.
